The oil and gas production of the world has historically culminated in a few major emissions and waste issues, and now Purestream Technology holds the viable, effective solution. Currently, there are still harmful air contaminants emitted into our environment and-so far-attempts to reduce these have proven environmentally and economically inefficient, destructive, and irresponsible. It’s the same with the hugely expensive, environmentally destructive, and highly ineffective processes for handling the produced wastewater that naturally is mixed with the oil and gas when it surfaces. Also of issue in the industry are the potential for mistaken and fraudulent reporting, the lack of accountability, and the waste of heat that is generated in oil and gas production.
Trilogy is a product that resolves every one of these issues-affordably. It has been developed by the Purestream Technology team, in collaboration with Utah State University’s Research Foundation (USURF), a recognized world leader in thermal-management technology, and Energy Dynamics Lab (EDL). Purestream’s conviction, from their very beginning, was that the only effective option of the future would be a well-head solution. They examined all existing technologies on the globe, looking for an economical, sustainable, and viable solution. It wasn’t in existence-yet. With the help of Specialized Analysis Engineering (SAE) and USURF, Purestream assessed what did and didn’t work with existing technologies and then spent years in developing the Trilogy System. The first version of Trilogy was deployed in 2007 and the fourth version is currently being deployed worldwide.
The Trilogy System combines innovations. It’s a state-of-the-art air-emissions system that destroys and removes 99% of the air pollutants and provides Hepa-quality air filtration; a patented wastewater disposal unit that reduces contaminates until the water is safer than natural drinking water, rendering it reusable or safe to go back into the ecosystem; and a revolutionary system of combined heat and power (CHP) that reclaims waste heat, reuses it in the air emissions and water disposal processes, and converts it into recycled, clean power to be loaded onto a nearby power grid for commercial consumers.
As well, Trilogy is a comprehensive, cutting-edge remote data-tracking system that monitors and verifies produced wastewater, condensate, and oil levels from the point of origin through to the point of disposal or sale. This remote data-tracking system uses Vital Vu technology and renders obsolete all other data processes (which are primarily manual) because they are inefficient, impossible to verify, prone to human error, and subject to fraud.
Trilogy is the first comprehensive environmentally responsible and economically viable well-head emissions and waste system in the world. It solves all of the emissions and waste issues of gas and oil production. Trilogy has gained the explicit support of both local and national politicians and the support of EPA constituents for its immediate deployment around the oil and gas production fields of the world. While the global community actively looks towards the future of renewable energy sources, Purestream’s contribution to the betterment of our fossil-fueled present is a welcome chunk of respite to the environmentally conscious.
