So having arrived in the airport, boarded a bus and got off right in front of my hotel. Perfect location! I later found out that even the Bromma Airport is just 9 kms away. And that a terminal for buses and trains was also nearby.

Since I did not know where to go and wanted to find out the best places to visit, where to dine, I asked help from the staff. They were only too happy to help me with my itinerary. And off I was to explore the beauty of Stockholm. I was only too happy to find out that just a few minutes of strolling and looking around, I found myself in the shopping district. I went around, shopped in the numerous boutiques that littered the streets, tasted wonderful foods in different restaurants and enjoyed the sights in the downtown area.

Transportation is easy since the Stockholm Central Station is just a few minutes away. Just opposite of the Adlon Hotel is the Arlanda Express Station which could be an advantage for you if you came from the Arlanda Airport. The terminal stations for long distance buses and commuter trains are also nearby. Furthermore, just 9 kilometers away is the Bromma Airport for those flying by plane.
