According to the features of sodium and potassium ore in various areas, technicians in Yantai ITAO developed a set of comprehensive processing equipment system connected with innovative technology process. They are high efficient and energy saving.
In grinding, ITAO adopts Autogenous mill with two functions of fine grinding and coarse grinding. They can grind into powder ore in one time and the efficiency is 10 times higher than that of ball mill and rod mill but with half power consumption of traditional grinding equipment.
In the process of flotation, ITAO adopts flotation cell(total cross-section, air-lift and micro bubble).
