Run LiveUpdate

  1. Open your computer and Start your Norton Antivirus.

After that open the main window, click Security, and then click LiveUpdate.

  1. If  Norton Antivirus LiveUpdate is finished, then click OK.
  2. After that Run LiveUpdate until you see the message, “Your Norton product has the latest protection updates.”
  3. Exit all the programs, and restart the computer.

Step 2-

 Update the video adaptor Driver

  1. Open your computer and go start menu or press window +R it will show you
  2. After that type in the following text, and then press Enter.

  1. After that in the Device Manager window, double-click on Display adapters.
  2. After that Right-click on the name of the display adapter and select Properties.
  3. On the Driver tab, check whether the graphics card driver is up to date or not.

If the driver is outdated, you need to update the download and install the latest version of the graphics card driver.

  1. Depending on the graphics card manufacturer, select one of the following:
  • Intel HD video graphics
  • NVIDIA video graphics
  • AMD/ATI video graphics

Ensure that you select the correct version of operating system (32-bit or 64-bit) to get the right update.

  1. Restart the computer and check if the issue has been resolved.

If the problem persists, go to Step3.

If you are fixed you problem then ok or if it will not work so here we have another reason for this issue.
