Technology has really taken off massively and it seems that we would never be able to live without it.
It really does affect everything we do and it seems that everyone these days will have a smart phone. Long gone have the days where you used your phone to ring people in emergencies when you were out the house or to text your loved ones just to let them know that you are home safe. Now you can do just about everything from your own mobile phone.
You really can do anything; you can video call people from different countries just by sitting in your own home or in a cafe. Most smart phones even come with a build in sat nav meaning that if you are ever out in your car or you are lost walking around all you need to do is switch on your application on your phone and you will be directed to where it is that you need to be going.
You can even do all of your shopping on your smart phones these days. Most online retailers ranging from food to clothes shops have all designed applications specific to your smart phone which enables you to shop with them and even pay securely though the app.
Technology has also changed the way we do pretty much anything. Teaching in classrooms is a lot different than what it was like in the past. With technology now so advanced it really does seem to benefitting the way in which children of all ages are taught in schools.
Interactive whiteboards are just one of the new technologies which have been introduced in our schools which have shaped the way lessons are being taught. It seems that students are now much more involved in the lessons and are now visually learning.
