The NCP will hold a public rally at Nashik on the 24th of December. The event will begin at 5 pm on the Dr. Bhalekar grounds. Union Agriculture Minister and NCP President, Sharad Pawar will be present. Earlier in the evening, at 4 pm, Sharad Pawar will inaugurate the newly constructed Nationalist Party Bhavan. Typically, it is rare for political parties to have a whole building for its district level office. Thus, the 4 storied office has raised the excitement level among the party workers.
The ‘Nashik city and district NCP Bhavan’ will be inaugurated tomorrow by Union Agriculture Minister and NCP chief, Sharad Pawar. The 4 storied building, will meet the needs of the party and its workers at Nashik. Nashik’s Guardian Minister, Chhagan Bhujbal and MLC, Sameer Bhujbal has been involved in the project since its inception.
The building situated at Mumbai Naka, will house both, the city and district office. It will also have separate offices for the party’s officials with the offices on the topmost floor being assigned to the party’s Ministers. The floor will also have a conference hall and separate meeting halls. All floors have been furnished. The basement and ground floors will be used for parking facilities.
Sharing information about the new office MLC Samir Bhujbal mentioned that the office is expected to be the hub of activity for the party in Nashik. The building’s plan included several eco-friendly measures to reduce the overall electricity consumption. Special care has been taken to ensure maximum greenery thus reducing the need for air conditioners.
Typically, political parties rarely have such huge premises for their district level offices. Thus, having a 4 storied new office has raised the excitement level amongst the party workers.
The party will also hold a public rally on the occasion. The Union Agriculture Minister and NCP chief, Sharad Pawar will address the crowd. Other senior leaders of the party attending the rally will include, Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, Nashik’s Guardian Minister, Chhagan Bhujbal, NCP State President, Bhaskar Jadhav, NCP Working President, Jitendra Awhad.
